Concentrated sedimentary phosphate at 62–66 BPL with cadmium of 6–10 ppm, a dry free-flowing granular material, shipped FOB from the Port of Tartous in parcels of 3,000–20,000 MT, or collected by road at the mine by buyers in Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq running their own transport. Tonnage is open now to qualified end users and traders, up to 1,000,000 MT per year.

Why Syrian phosphate
Low cadmium
At 6–10 ppm in the concentrate, this material sits comfortably inside the European cadmium limit for phosphate fertiliser inputs. For SSP and phosphoric acid producers selling into the EU, that is a registration advantage over several competing origins.
Full assaySea or road
Tartous is on the Eastern Mediterranean, so Turkey, Greece, the Balkans and the Black Sea are days away rather than weeks. Buyers in Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq can collect at the mine with their own transport, paying in advance and loading up to 10 trucks a day, with no vessel to fix and no port queue.

Tonnage is available now. A new buyer can start with a single trial parcel and build to a monthly programme, and long-term contracts are available at a better price, within a framework running up to a million tonnes a year.

Eight stages, each with a defined document exchange, from your Letter of Intent through contract, letter of credit, vessel nomination, independent inspection and presentation of shipping documents.
Nothing is binding until the sale and purchase agreement is signed, and no cargo loads until the credit is operative.
- You submit a Letter of Intent with grade, tonnage, discharge port and payment instrument.
- We confirm allocation and send the current certificate of analysis and a sealed sample.
- Offer, contract and letter of credit issued to the seller’s bank.
- Vessel nominated, cargo loaded and surveyed, documents presented, vessel sails.
